I am a freelance photographer based in the countryside of western Massachusetts, where I live with my adventure photographer husband and our two cats. I specialize in slow and natural portraiture and lifestyle imagery.
My approach to portraiture is full spectrum – a profile, a study. I love to show people as they are, doing what they love while showing movement and tiny introspective moments. Making a subject feel seen is the greatest thing I can do, and helping editors and companies best illustrate who someone is, is an important part of that.
I root my landscape and lifestyle imagery in conveying the feeling of a beautiful moment and scene. Can you see a feeling? Movement, atmosphere, small moments, and details. The light, the tone, the blur, and depth. These photographs are more of a study on a feeling.
I accept editorial and commercial projects and assignments that fit within my approach to visual storytelling, as well as custom portraiture commissions.
Overall, I believe in collaboration, creating the best work possible, and being kind.
